How to Vote for Fans' Man

Dear Fans' Man Supporters,
On March 4, 1999, the Packers advised "... regarding the nomination of
Jerold R. Hershberger for election to the Board of Directors of the Packers .
your letter meets all of the criteria set forth in the bylaws foradvance written
notice of an intent to make a nomination."
To vote for Fans' Man, please follow this procedure when you receive your
proxy for the annual meeting:

Check the box "For all nominees listed to the left (except as specified
below)"

Withhold voting authority for one of the nominees by writing his number in the
appropriate box.

Write "Jerold R. Hershberger" on the proxy statement.

Sign your name in the signature box and mail the proxy to the Packers. (Check
the appropriate box if you will be attending the meeting).
